Homework
There is very little assigned homework
in first grade, just an occasional project or some unfinished work. However, we do
expect students to read every night, 10-20 minutes at the beginning of the year and more
as the year progresses. Later in the year, we also expect students to practice and
memorize their addition and subtraction facts on paper, with flashcards, or with computer
activities.
